say I like Mr. Hart's reply the most. Thanks!
I only have 2-3 years under my belt as a tech writer, but I guess I
haven't been working hard enough, because I can't say that I'm an expert
in Java database programming, nor can I say I am an expert in chemical
engineering or manufacturing. My hat goes off to all of you experts (no
