Subject: Anyone Remember That Release of Liability?
Hi All -
Some time ago there was discussion of liability releases - those disclaimers
that basically say "we ain't responsible for nothing" - in relation to land
use among other things.
Someone here pointed the way to an excellent release used by a Tennessee
park service.
Does anyone remember how to find that doc? Anyone still have the link?
