I'm sure the senders of most of my mailbox clutter---even the international drugstores and the porn merchants---consider their messages legitimate business-to-business marketing material. I don't particularly care how the sender views it, though.
You may not have caught the beginning of this thread, but I'm talking about an opt-in list, where the recipients want to receive the mailings but their sysadmins are blocking them anyway.
