Oh dear, I wasn't aware of that. I have a gap on my resume where I went back
to school full-time to get my degree. Would I be better off dropping the
employer before the gap? Or just reordering my resume to make it clearer
that I was in school at the time? Or do you think they pay attention to my
graduation date enough to figure it out?

I've been at the same place since I got my degree, so I thought it would
benefit me to show I had 3 years of business management experience before
getting out of school...

Thanks for any advice,
Jennifer Hayward
