Hmmm. I had a client call yesterday and say that he needs help becoming a better writer, would I edit his stuff? Sure I said, I'll edit your stuff and I can even give you several options for how to phrase things better, but ultimately you need to keep on writing and eventually you'll get better.

I believe it's true. I look back at my first doco project, while pretty and informative was littered with things I would never do now. Now that I am older, wiser and am always writing, trying to improve my communication.
