Yes. Point taken, but the IT department (in my case) does most of it. We
are informed of updates, patches, etc. Most of the time everything is
done through the LAN. We are informed of any bugs, viruses, and they are
flagged before they get to our inboxes. Ones that do get through, we
inform them and then they take care of it.
