HTMLHelp, WebHelp, printed docs. Small docs, big docs, stand-alone docs, linked docs...
WebHelp and printed output are much, much improved in RoboHelp X4, particularly compared with version 9. So, in your case, I would say yes the upgrade is probably worth it.
