Just like the cost of reading that the customer pays for
when they read a manual or a help system. That is an invisible cost as well.
Sure. But so is not reading the manual and trying to figure out the system on your own.
That's why a good manual saves the customer money: It let's the customers do what they want to do quicker and with fewer errors.
