And all will be well until you get a panicked call from some customer who
does not know the procedure for making sure that Program X is running.

I hearby state Baker's Paradox (and I expect to see it cited as such and
taught in all technical writing degree programs for now on):

Any procedure which anticipates every possible misunderstanding will be
incomprehensible to all users.
