I knew even I would, someday, have to give up my lurker position on this
forum. That day has come. But I feel like many of you are my friends - and
YOU didn't even know it!
I've just been assigned a research project to determine what next big
management initiative is coming down the pike. The concepts of Lean and
Value-Streaming processes have been around for a few years. Six Sigma is
still big. Is there anything new and interesting beyond these in the world
of manufacturing or policies and procedures, specifically, you've heard
about? And do you have any suggestions on where I might look to become more
learned on any given subject? Thanks.
Kathy
