Actually, if that's your only 'exception', you've proven my point. The only
applications that need cross-platform help are applications being accessed by
users on multiple platforms.
Seems to me only logical and right that help be delivered in the same manner as
the application. If the application is web based, the help should be web based.
If the application is FM for Windows, it should have windows help. If the
application is MSWord on a Mac it should use the same help as native on a Mac.
