My turn again. ;)
What is that supposed to mean? Or to phrase the
question differently, how is that different than what
I said?
If I knew what they were looking for out of a higher
education, and if I knew what they valued, wouldn't I
be able to help them with a better answer?
I mean, what is a degree really worth? Well, street
value, it's worth however much money you paid for it,
plus or minus $10.00.
Well, at least it *should* be.
Kind of a loaded set of questions, really. What's
worth time and effort and what is of value to me might
be (and seems to be) COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to someone
else.
Personally, I think a Masters level education is worth
bragging rights, and that's it. Personally, I have
better things to do with my money and my time than buy
me some bragging rights. If I didn't, I'd probably get
cosmetic surgery or a luxury vehicle instead.
It's all about perspective.
