Two words is what M-W says, but the fused version is gaining in popularity. I
just edited a large report in which the fused version was used, and I left it
the way it was. My sense from the Internet research I've done is that it's
becoming one word. When that is generally accepted, of course, the noun and
the adjective will be the same, instead of the adjective being a hyphenated
version of the noun.
