They're software is not free. An evaluation is, but you have to buy it after that eval (if you want to use it).

If that's the definition of shareware, then I guess RoboHelp products (for which there are free evaluations) are also shareware. Bet that would come as quite a surprise to the folks at eHelp - not to mention their paying customers.
