Although it is a hassle, call. I did a project for a Russian company in
Singapore that took 2 months to pay. I nagged the Accounting woman by
telephone for two weeks, not every day, every other, and miraculously my
check appeared! People do not like to be telephoned and telephoned, and
the good thing is Europeans aren't as evasive as people in North America
who let voice mail pick up most of the time instead of answering the
phone, in other words, my experience living in France and London and
calling European/Japanese cities that I have done business with has
proven to me that people answer their phones more elsewhere!
