To answer your question:
How many "critical" patches have you applied to your Windows computer in the
past week? The past month? The past year?
How many recommended patches have you applied in the same time period?
When you have a question, how often do you find the answer in the online
Help? And how long does it take you?
If you use it, how often has Outlook crashed?
When you get a new computer, or when you install a new copy of Office, how
much time to you spend undoing the "helpful" design decisions Microsoft made
so you can be productive?
Why have at least two patches for Internet Explorer this year broken the
HTML Help system?
And that's just off the top of my head first thing Monday morning.
