Instead of looking at the situation and shaking your
head, and instead of coming up with ideas and
wondering how to implement them, please read on.
There are a couple of key things you need to follow up
on.
1. Determine who had FM removed and why. This isn't
for witchhunting purposes, rather to determine why it
was inadequate and why whatever other tool was chosen
over it.
2. Determine why the documentation was viewed as "too
good" in the first place. Determine what the
underlying reasons for obfuscating details are.
Once you do this, you can THEN begin your approach.
Work to the company's best interest, and make
decisions based on profitability and remove overhead
where you can.
And if your job is too stressful, GET OUT! No job is
worth a hospital visit due to stress.
