Be honest and flex that business perspective. ;)

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see that
you are performing a heck of a lot of overhead work.
Leverage the overhead issue to confront the language
issue. See if your company can perhaps offer them
English tutoring.

Never emphasize "me" in your talks. Put the company
first, note the value these engineers provide, and
suggest English lessons as a means of furthering this
value in a cost/time-saving light.
