Sorry, I can't say for sure, as I don't know who created the file.  But
it appears that whatever they did to generate the PDF file, or at least
the bookmarks, they added some kind of script that takes you out of the
PDF into the window you most recently were in and is still open WHEN you
CHANGE the bookmark (destination, page size in the window, etc.)...  Or
could it be security and other OS upgrades that affect Adobe Acrobat?
