And you'd think that they'd be able to produce properly hyper-linked and
bookmarked PDFs too. But they can't. <lol>
Seems like a particularly poor Annual report. Usually, aren't the past years
figures included in the financial report? And while the blog seems to dismiss
claims that the fees are too high and ignore the suggestions that publications
should move on-line the financial report (such as it is) clearly shows the two
major expenditure areas for saving money:
It would be interesting to see a more detailed breakdown of some of those budget
entries.
With declining membership, mounting membership costs (which seem to be driving
more members away), and annual cost overruns, the situation certainly looks
dire.
