Yep, been there, done that. It's not that unusual, at least not down here
("here" being Texas).

Don't sweat it, just gear yourself up, be upbeat, smile a lot when you're
talking (it comes through) - in other words, treat it like a face-to-face
interview.

week. The HR peson tells me the process is they have a phone interview first
and then if it has good results, only then do you get an interview in
person. Anybody heard of that before?
