Hi,
If your electronic documentation is in PDF format, this might interest you.
Last year I talked to the sales rep of OnDemandManuals.com, a division of
Trafford Publishing. They will sell copies of your manuals directly to your
clients (printed, soft cover manuals) from a link on your web site, or they
can print copies and send them to you for you to distribute. Their URL is
http://www2.ondemandmanuals.com/4dcgi/odmpublishing.html?31061445-24297aaa

I can't vouch for the quality their manuals or the value of their services,
since we did not pursue this option. Instead, we go to a local DocuTech
printer and distribute our manuals in binders (on the rare occasions we need
to provide printed documentation).

Maybe someone else on the list knows more about this company.
