Visio _does_ do a pretty good job of exporting to PNG, which is a vector
format (select Save As HTML, and then select the PNG graphics option).
Unfortunately, FrameMaker currently doesn't handle PNG graphics properly,
converting them to bitmaps on import. Rumor has it that the next version of
FM (7.1?) may fix this.
