That should be more than adequate. If it's legitimately released into theDepending, of course, what is meant by the public domain. Some documents are posted with a licence that allows you to re-use them, and might be loosely said to be in the public domain. However, if you read the licence, you can only legitimately use them in a certain way, such as only with full credit and with a reprinting or link to the licence. In the sense that these documents still restrict use, they might be said to be outside the public domain, even though you can use them with a great deal of freedom.
public domain, a proper citation is all that should be required.
