I've used OCR (TextBridge Pro 9.0), and it is really amazing just how good
it has gotten. If the copy is crisp and clear, the results are pretty good.
They need some maintenance, and the pictures aren't always the best, but for
the most part, I was surprised.

The results got significantly worse in direct proporotion to the quality of
the paper doc. Especially docs originally printed with a dot-matrix
printer.
