Providing that the file is in a text format, XSL can
be used. You need to write an XSL that will "import"
your file then apply "template" that will wrap the
contents in a root. Then use another "template" to
"match" the root and for-each "documenation" element
creat a "copy" of the value contained by the element
and write that to a new file. Most procesors, like
xalan or saxon, provide extensions that enable output
to a file as xsl connot do this by itself.
