I never said that. I said that it *is* effective for Amazon. Jupiter
suggests (doesn't prove) that it might be effective for most Web sites. And
sometimes it's the tech writer who provides a reality check when decision
makers are confronted with whiz-bang Web technology.
Methinks we've wrung this puppy dry. If you'd like to continue discussing
the Jupiter study, let's take it off the list.
