I think you can treat it just like a normal interview except that you can wear your jammies if you like.
Except: I've heard some people say that, if you dress up as if for a face-to-face interview, it will help you get into the spirit.
Personally, I've never needed anything to get me into the spirit for telephone interviews, but I pass on the suggestion in case other people might find it useful.
