Bonnie...do you really think 2 out of every 100 technicalProbably not. However, most probably know that something is wrong, even if they can't explain exactly what it is.
readers even know what a singular verb is?
I would also say that, the fewer problems with agreement, the easier something is to read. However, the message can still be communicated even with a high degree of noise.
