I honestly don't see why this is a big deal. If you're
involved with any organization or subscribe to any
service, you get offers which may or may not apply to
you.
I read the e-mail you forwarded from the STC, and to
be honest, it didn't promise you anything. Options are
available. Sure, it'd be nice if the provider they
chose catered to everyone, but perhaps they chose the
provider that offered the best benefits to the largest
number of members?
Whatever the case, I think you're blowing this out of
proportion. They don't offer service in MA. Time to
look for a different option. Get over it.
