We have the same fonts -- no just fonts that look the same, but the same fonts.

However, if syncing the printer drivers doesn't work, try copying your wife's normal.dot, the default template (and any others that she used) over to your machine. One of the joys of MS Word is that users can easily modify the default template without realizing what they are doing.
