Programmers (should) embed comments about purpose of class, purpose of method, nature of arguments, etc. THAT's the stuff that needs editing.
That is correct Guy, however, when was the last time that programmers actually did that kind of commenting? It is rare.

I recomment getting SAMS Teach Yourself Java 2 in 21 days. Going through that book will give you the grounding that you need to add the comments. You may have to fill in what the programmers failed to comment. The meat of why and how the programs are doing what they are doing.
