Hi,
Just sharing my opinion on the use of 'which' and that.' Generally we use
'which' while addressing some living-beings and that when we address some
non-living objects as explained through the following examples:
1. The breed of alsatian dog, which you wish to purchase, is very
expensive.
2. The house that Jack built is blue in colour.
