The description below includes several extrapolations that are not stated
in, or even directly supported by, the cited research paper:

* "these professions are _expected_ to be offshored" [my emphasis]
* "no raises or bonus, ever"
* "for the rest of their lives in that profession"

The situation is serious, and the research paints a discouraging picture.
However, distorting the research results won't improve the situation.
