Jeezz...I feel strange defending MS on something, but Erica...it IS
doing the last thing that you did. The last thing you did before
pressing F4 was to go to the next page. That's what it's doing...going
to the next page. What you want it for it to repeat the next-to-the-last
thing you did.

The key doesn't care what YOU want the key to do, it knows it's supposed
to do the last thing it did over again...and that's to page down
