I don't know if it's the best way to do it, but I would decompile the CHM
file, concatenate the individual HTML files into one and then just open
the HTML file in Word.
Concatenating the HTML files is easy, there are plenty of tools floating
around for us ebook readers; the one I use is VHtmlMerger, available
