Thank you to everyone who pointed out the Sigma Six meaning behind the Black 
and Green belts.  I was seriously concerned about the type of customer 
service issues that would require martial arts skills.

In the mean time, I'm making an offer that I make ocassionally here.  I am a 
"seasoned" (don't ask a lady what seasoned means in real numbers) technical 
writer.  I am also currently quite bored at work.  Though this may only last 
a day, I like to make myself available to those newbies or even some 
over-worked seasoned vets like myself.  So, is there anything I can do for
