When I was a tot. I had a little puppy..I LOVED that little puppy.

Poor little guy, went chasing a ball into the street and BLAM...hit by a
truck with HUGE GREEN letters on the side!

Ever since then, every time I see Green letters, I go into fits and I
can't do my job.

My point...how many jumps through hoops do we have to deal with every
time someone brings to the table some personal obstacle that prevents
them from doing what they are supposed to do?
