Yes, but the interface used by the application to link to the help file is
different for HTML-based help (obviously). I migrated the help for an
application I was working on from WinHelp to Microsoft's HTML Help (.chm)
not too long ago because, for my client, HTML Help was easier to maintain. I
don't recall it being a difficult problem. So as long as your developers
know what fromat you're delivering, it doesn't matter so much what the
format is.
