Interesting that this topic should come up now. I just got home from the
STC-Puget Sound Chapter's monthly meeting. Matthew Ellison was the speaker
on "Comparison of Help Authoring Tool Workflows and Paradigms." Prior to his
speaking, several vendors made presentations.

You can see the write up on the web site after I write it and it's when its
posted www.stc-psc.org. Ellison's slides will be posted too.

However, Ellison shared an good tools information source, Comparison Matrix
at http://www.helpstuff.com/downloads/toolsv5.pdf He indicated it would
probably be updated soon.
