Well, I didn't get the impression from Sylvia's post that the opinions
of the whiners were having much of an effect on her self esteem, at
least not once we got clarification on who was dumping on her value.
If she'd been hired as a direct employee, or was hoping to be, I would
probably have wanted to say something along the lines of what you
just said. But in her present situation, I wouldn't spend any of my time
doing anything more than satisfying the client/manager, completing
the contract and getitng the hell out of that place..
