How to set up cross pdf links in FM:
1) Make sure both FM books/files are on the same drive - then all links
will be relative. If they are on different drives, all links will be
absolute and will break if the pdfs are moved to a CD say.
2) Set up your links in FM
3) When you are ready to create the pdf, make sure both books/files are
open when you generate the postscript.
4) Distill, and check that the inter-pdf links work.
