Begin with http://searchenginewatch.com. After you've read enough, you'll
see that "a couple of hundred dollars, on a one-time basis" will guarantee
you nothing. But there are plenty of people out there who will try to
convince you otherwise, i.e. that the Brooklyn Bridge of search engines is
for sale.
That's the short answer. The long answer is... too long for TECHWR-L.
