Chuck,
I know that you were able to save a frame doc as rtf a
couple of versions ago. If they removed the filter, it's
probably because it really didn't work well. Most of the
problems had to do with incorrectly getting stuff from
frame's master pages to word's headers and footers. Footer
info could show up anywhere!
If it's a one-time conversion, choose the most direct route
(probably html) and be prepared to do a lot of cleanup. But
if this is something you're gonna have to do on a regular
basis, invest in MIF2Go, which is relatively inexpensive
and does a credible job of converting frame to word.
