BTW, isn't it usually, Marketing Collaterals
(plural)?
I've heard that usage from people whose command of the language I do not particularly respect. In the US, it's singlular: "marketing collateral is...." I can't say what the standard usage is in other parts of the English-speaking world. It may well be "marketing collaterals are..." or "marketing collateral are..." in some places.
