Re: Technical Training Listserv?
After some digging I found the *"trdev* · Training & Development Discussion Group"
It's a Yahoo! Group, listed under Finance, but oh well. It *seems* to be what I want.
I found trdev quite helpful when I needed to do my first training program. It was a great resource for general training information and training theory, and for gathering ideas and examples for icebreakers and specific soft skill exercises.
But it was not very useful for specific questions about *technical* training. The focus was mostly on HR stuff and training for soft business skills like team-building and diversity awareness. This was several years ago, though. They might have moved into technical training by now, or the list members may be able to refer you to another, more appropriate forum.
