My point isn't that PSP is no good -- it's a great app, in my view -- nor
that I can't find the info without an index. My point was the subject line:
Mind your Ps and Qs when you're getting ready to ship. Repaginating the
index is an easy task that matters to the user, so you should *always* have
time to do it, even if you're documenting an inexpensive app.
