I tried searching Google for the answer to your question but I found no
authoritative source as far a CD labeling standards. It would seem as though
the standards are defined by the CD Player/Recorder manufacturer.  Below is
a link of one example.

But I think that if you are using a logo, there are different logos for
audio CDs and Data CDs so you may want to use the logo that best suits your
needs.
