New writer? How about this morning?
I complained all morning how a particular functionality wasn't described
in the Functional Spec. Finally my boss passed my complaint to the
development VP.
The response that came down 5 minutes later was "Did he look on page
99?" Yup...exactly where the document's TOC said to look.
