You're going to get all sorts of responses when you post a job. If people want to treat you as a peer and not take advantage of the fact that you're posting a job, well, that's their choice. I mean, would you hire them?

I'd ensure your posting looks professional and formal and try again, perhaps with another list that isn't so conversational.
